Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Coppr. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Coppr iOS application provided by the developer ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. App Provided As-Is

The app is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or that budget calculations will be perfectly accurate in all circumstances. You use the app at your own risk.

3. Not Financial Advice

Coppr is a personal budgeting aid only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice or professional financial guidance. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. We accept no liability for any financial loss arising from your use of the app.

4. No Account Required

Coppr does not require you to create an account. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it.

5. In-App Purchases & Apple's EULA

Any in-app purchases within Coppr are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Standard EULA. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Apple's payment processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the app are the intellectual property of the developer and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

7. Updates & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
